I am looking for a song based on the prayer of St. Francis which has a chorus “make me an instrument, of your peace. make me an instrument, of your peace.”

It isn’t the most popular song based on this prayer but I heard it in Mass a few weeks ago.
 
It’s not that one. That is the popular one which seems to be the only one I can find. The one I’m talking about has verses and a chorus which repeats as stated above.

Well there are many versions of this song, in fact I heard a version of it on the radio by the popular singer Sarah McLachlan. Perhaps this is the one you seek, I don’t know?

I don’t know where you can listen to it but you can view the words online on OCP’s website.
