Thank you. I wanted something just like that, but unfortunately, the search directory on that site seems to be very, very incomplete. Anybody else have another resource?

*In addition to those listed by Sister Rose…

Especially this one listed by Sr.:
religiousministries.com/*

Others I found helpful were:

VocationMatch.com.

www.VocationsPlacement.org

also the vocation director in the diocese or state that you might feel drawn too??

I hope this helps… in my search also… once I found the order I was interested in… A vocation director helped me with links to other communites to investigate.
Best of Luck… I shall be praying for you on your journey… It is a wonderful one! :angel1:
Here are three that might help.
religiousministries.com/
deoestgloria.com/ this one has listings by state.
rosmini.org/order/index.php

Thanks everyone for the links, I’m going to check them out now. I think I gave the mistaken impression that I’m discerning a vocation right now… I’m not, in fact I just got married on June 4th. 😃 I’m looking for religious communities near where I live (I just moved from MA to TX) to visit and be spiritually refreshed. Thanks for the help.

Congratulations to you!..Perhaps there is a listing of retreat centers near you? Also you might check your Diocesan Directory … It would list all the communities and retreat centers for your Diocese? [Which of course would give you contact info etc]…blessings to you !:angel1:

www.religiousministries.com is the most complete.

If you want the softbound Guide to Religious Ministries, which is easier to use, contact Catholic News. It’s only $10. and is fairly comprehensive. It also has some prepaid card you can send in. I have included all the info on other posts–you can search under “Guide to Religious Ministries”

The website is based on the book.
