Disappointed and scared....please help

my 22 yr old daughter has been gone since Friday and has left my 3 yr old granddaughter behind…no calls or anything. I don’t know how to handle this anymore, but will not give up and keep praying…please help me and my granddaughter with you wonderful prayers…GOD BLESS
 
I assume you have notified the police about your missing daughter.:confused:
 
Lord, please watch over janiejnb’s daughter and bring her safely home soon. Comfort janiejnb with Your great and undying love. When janiejnb’s daughter comes home, help them to come closer to each other and to You. I ask this through Christ our Lord, Amen.

Merciful God, we beseech you to soften Janie’s daughter’s heart. May she contact her family as soon as possible. While she is away, please protect her with your mighty warring angels. Keep Janie from fear and worry that she may walk in peace until her daughter returns. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

My prayers are with you and May Our Lady’s hand guide her back to you unharmed.

Make sure you tell the Police and the neighbours, Local shops etc.

Our Lady being a Mother would understand, ask her for her divine help through her Son.
 
Not knowing everything concerning this I may be suggesting something you have done or have decided should not be done. But: Have you reported her missing? Is this a previous behavior?

Aside from that, and you certainly don’t need to give me or anyone an answer, I can only hope you have the strength and ability to raise your granddaughter. Right now your daughter could be found guilty of child abandonment. It might be wise to seek legal custody of your granddaughter.

There is so much of this going on now, and it is hard to believe. My sister and I, and my brother, would have loved to have children. We could not. So it is hard for us to understand when I child gets left behind. I will pray for you and your daughter. She obviously has some difficult issues to work out.

How awful for you and your granddaughter.
I thank God that your granddaughter has your love and care.
I will be praying for you both, and for your daughter.
 
I love knowing I have your prayers…it comforts me.

she is 22 and both her and my granddaughter live with the baby’s father’s family, her and the father are not together and the only reason she lives there is because she will not live with me due to the fact that she does not like my rules or being responsible.

the other grandma is VERY lenient and will not tell her anything so she won’t get mad and take our granddaughter. she will let her do whatever she wants as long as she knows the baby is taken care of with her or with me.

Yes she does this every weekend, but usually she leaves on a Thursday or Friday and is back by sunday night, but still she never calls to see how the baby is doing or at least to tell us she’s ok.

I have tried everything…being the understanding mother, tough love, having family meetings with her, family and individual counseling, but nothing seems to work. it makes me very nervous and i’m just waiting for a call that either she’s in a hospital or jail.

what does comfort me is praying…I know prayer is the answer and I think that’s all I can do for now…

I’m so sorry to hear this. I just went through something similar but not nearly as bad. My heart aches for you and for those children.

Holy Father please show your grace and mercy to all mentioned in this request. Please return her home safely and comfort her children and family until she returns. Amen :signofcross:

Praying for the safety & well being & safe return of your daughter. Praying for her intentions & those of you & her child.
 
well she made it home…thank you all for your prayers…continue praying as I will for our children and that God, Jesus, Mary and all the wonderful beautiful saints guide them and open their eyes so they can see the right path to take…
