Discarded vouchers and prizes

If you pick up rubbish that people have left is it immoral if you then profit from it. For instance if they have prizes which you can win from or free food?
 
No. They threw it away, finders keepers.

Perhaps they did not want whatever was offered. If you are concerned about keeping a money prize, you can always donate it to charity.
 
Once, I was taking a walk with the baby stroller, and came across a gift card to a department store, lying in the street. There was no way of figuring out who it belonged to, so I took it to the department store and found there was almost $100 on it. I was able to get a very nice bedding set on clearance.

However, if there’s identifying information-- like a wallet-- then it gets delivered intact to its destination.
