I think all of those would be mortal sins, because they all include:
-Lying
-Disrespect for authority
-Disobedience
The bottom two also seem to imply that the situations that they put themselves in i.e. watching “bad” tv, could be an occasion of sin, or even sin itself if the content is of grave enough concern. Also lying about little things, seems to imply that you have things that you are lying to your parents about, and those things, may be sins of themselves.
You also show an understanding that they are grave matter, and you do all of these things fully by your choice.
The catechism states that for a sin to be Mortal, it, “requires full knowledge and complete consent. it presupposes knowledge of the sinful character of the act, of its opposition to God’s law. It also implies a consent sufficiently deliberate to be a person choice.” (CCC 1859)
What this means is that for a sin to be mortal, the act must be
-Grave matter (i.e. breaking 10 commandments… and other laws of church, amongst other things)
-done with full knowledge that the act is sinful
-and done willingly.
But, I also must say, that I don’t know this situation, and the person, whoever it is, may not know these things are sinful, so it may just be a venial sin in that situation.
-So in conclusion, if the person knows that these things are wrong, and does these things willingly, then yes it is a mortal sin, presupposing they have reached the age of reason.
