Dispensation Invalidation

Once a pastor administers a valid dispensation from a private vow, is there anything that can revoke it? Or are they permanent?

I’m basically wondering if a person can screw up enough after the fact that it voids their dispensation. Like, if one commits some grave sin or something…

No, once permanently and validly dispensed from a vow you are just that - permanently dispensed from the vow. Nothing can reinstate the vow unless you willingly take the vow again.
