Greetings everyone. I have a dispensation from bowing my head at certain times during Mass. This dispensation was given to me by my parish priest. Does this dispensation only apply to this matter at my parish, this diocese, other, or is it valid worldwide? How do we find out? I tried finding an answer in canon law/online but was not able to and I sometimes go to a nearby church that is in a different diocese. In general I’m curious about how a dispensation works in other jurisdictions.
