Disposal of Prayer book

How does one dispose of some religious object thing that has not been blessed? I made a collection of prayers in my own form of a prayer book (just computer paper, nothing fancy). However, made a new updated one, and I’m not sure what to do with the old copy now? I understand blessed objects should be burned or buried, but what about objects that are not actual sacramentals or has not been blessed?

It’s just that I’d sort of feel guilty throwing away a prayer book containing such powerful prayers.
 
If you absolutely have to do away with it, please choose a method of disposal that ensures paper getting recycled. And next time, think twice before printing!
