I do understand to an extent, not that i am an expert. I understand what it it means for a thing to have the essence or form of a cat. But i i don’t understand what it means to say that the rational soul is our biological identity. I imagine that the idea of the rational soul being the form of the body means something different. Otherwise it does sound and look materialistic.
