Disseminating Anime/Manga: Right or Wrong?

I wonder if the disseminating Anime/Manga (A/M) is suitable for my conscience. Because I know some A/M are very good for educating but they also have some contents of Ecchi or Vionlence ( such as Dragon Ball Z, Detective Conan). I very like A/M but I also want to know whether it is good for me. Please help me and thanks!

Anime and manga tend to be morally neutral–at least in and of itself and this includes the ones with violence and magic. If it tempts you to sin, you should avoid it.
