I would like to gain a plenary indulgence on Divine Mercy Sunday.
Can I go to confession on Saturday instead of Sunday? Can I go to the Sunday vigil Mass (Saturday afternoon), Or do I need do do all this on Sunday? Thank you and God Bless you.

But remember, to gain a plenary indulgence not only does a person have to fulfill all of the requirements but also be free from all sin and even all attachment to sin – that’s the hard part. Most people never gain a plenary indulgence because they have an “attachment” to sin.
