Divine Office for DODOS -- Back in print!

Just got this message from the author:

We have returned a contract with Catholic Book Publishing Company which expects to have DODOS in print sometime in February. We will let you know when this is back in print.

So hang in there, you who are looking for a guide to learning how to pray the Office with LOTH or Christian Prayer.
 
I ordered my copy about 3 or 4 months ago, sent in the coupon for the bookmarks and ribbons but never rec’d them. The book constantly refers to these bookmarks and the prayers on them. Do you have contact info for the author?

No, cuz there it says out of print. I ordered it from allcatholicbooks.com (I think). The book intro urges the reader to send for the bookmarks and ribbons right away as they are an essential part of the training/tutorial, and indeed they are referenced throughout the book (you know this already, I’m sure). Anyway I’ve been thinking about this matter lately wondering how I can communicate with the author.
 
I got my copy about 2-3 years ago, and it is fantastic - it has answered questions about the LOTH that I have not found anywhere else.
 
Ooooohhhh… I got this book late last year and I just LOVE this book. I have prayed the LOTH for several years, but this helped me take it to a deeper level (mostly because it helped me organize it better, and helped me understand the “method” better).

I made my own bookmarks, though. They’re labeled like the book recommends, but I put saints pictures on them and made them pretty and then laminated them and I just love them! And I made my own ribbons because I had narrow ribbons of the right colors. But it all helps to personalize it.

I have the four-volume set of the LOTH, and I made a set of bookmarks/ribbons for Volume I last December, then for Volume III (which I’m currently using), but i still need to make two more sets for the other two volumes, especially with Lent just around the corner, which means I switch over to Volume II.

My own copy is well dog-eared and with page markers as well. After all this time, I still find myself occasionally referring to it. However, after I fully digested the Dodo book, I began to take a closer look at the GILH (General Instruction of the Liturgy of the Hours) and understood it much better. I have found it helpful from time to time. It’s in front in Vol. I, or at ewtn.com/library/CURIA/CDWGILH.HTM
