not until after an annulment is granted, and he is free of other responsibilities such as care of minor children, and subject to the same conditions as anyone else discerning the priesthood. It is quite likely that he would receive some type of counselling which helps him look honestly at the reasons for his divorce, and that if the annulment was granted with conditions, there would be some restrictions on another vocation as well. For instance if the annulment was granted on grounds of some kind of personality problem of his own, he would have to deal with that and resolve it before he would be considered for a seminary.
