Divorced Catholics allowed to receive sacraments?

I am very curious as to the Church’s official ruling on divorced individuals who were married in a church and have since divorced if they are allowed or prevented from receiving the sacraments ( other than marriage ) without having gone through the annulment process…

Being divorced, in and of itself, does not prevent a Catholic from receiving any of the sacraments (other than another marriage). An annulment is only required if the divorced person wants to marry another person.
