I do not know any.
It is my understanding that in the Latin Rite there is no current canon that gives them legal status within consecrated life (for example, hermits fall under Canon 603, sacred virgins under Canon 604). There is no current Rite in the Roman Pontifical either for a bishop to celebrate to consecrate a widow to the Order of Widows, which existed historically.
It may be possible within some Eastern Catholic Churches to be a consecrated widow, as there is at mention of them in their canons (possibly licit); still, I have been told that those same churches also do not have a Rite for such a Consecration to be valid.
