Do babies who were created via in vitro have souls?

This question has been bothering me for sometime now.My first instinct is to say yes of course those babies have a soul,but then I doubt myself, wondering if they were made by man, by science, not through the love and intercouse between a husband and wife then do they? Your answer would solve many sleepless nights. Thank you
