Do blessed things become Sacramentals?

Do blessed items (like a book) become sacramentals? Here is why I ask. I have my spiritual books blessed but I am really hard on books. So is it a sin to be really hard on blessed books vs non-blessed books.
 
This is just my guess, so take it with a grain of salt, but I would say that the Lord is happier with a well used spiritual book thats coming apart vs one that is blessed, but sits on the shelf, never gets used, and stays pretty looking.
 
A sacramental is anything set apart or blessed, to increase devotion.🙂
