Do Catholic Coming-Of-Age Blessings Exist?

I recently came across the existence of pagan coming-of-age blessings and rituals. They are performed at menarche for girls and when the voice deepens for boys. They serve to celebrate a young person’s entrance into adulthood and the goodness of their bodies. I think it is a beautiful concept, minus the pagan aspect, and I am curious whether Catholicism has any comparable blessings or rituals that celebrate the coming-of-age?
 
Have you ever heard of Ed Hayes and his two books 'Prayers for the Planetary Pilgrim " and “Prayers for the Domestic Church”? I think he may have something.

Not exactly. Confirmation is the second of the sacraments of initiation – and depending on the diocese, may be celebrated before first Communion. The celebration of the quinceanera might be closer.
 
I checked Ed Hayes two books. In Prayers for the Planetary Pilgrim he just has a few prayers related to female changes.

“Where confirmation is celebrated at that age. in our diocese, Confirmation is when children are much younger, following the pattern of the early Church, we are told.”

Yes. I also was confirmed in 4th grade. Not exactly coming of age yet.
