Do christened babies later need to be baptized?

I was christened as a child. Now that I want to join the Catholic Church, would I need to be baptized now?
 
If you were “christened” as a child, that means that you were baptized. “Christening” and “baptism” are synonyms. To be received into the Catholic Church now, you would make a first confession, receive first Communion, and receive confirmation.
