Do Eastern Bishops bless with three crosses?

Do Eastern Bishops (Catholic and Orthodox) bless the same way Western ones do with three crosses?
 
Only during the singing of the Polychronion (Many Years)–but then a priest would do so as well.
 
There are several points where the bishop blesses… he uses both hands in mirror when blesing with the candlesticks. He blesses with both hands when they are empty. If the hand cross is used, he makes one big blessing with it, as would a priest.
