Do Eastern Catholics believe anyone can be saved?

Of course they do. Transfiguration. The three angels who visited Abraham (which is also the only theologically accepted icon for the Holy Trinity in the Byzantine Rite).

I realize they were present at Jesus’s Transfiguration. But they had no knowledge of Jesus prior to their deaths, yet they were justified and are in heaven, as this miracle demonstrates. That was my point to the unbelief expressed in Erick’s post. 🙂

Not quite.

There’s the three Christs image, as well. Usually seated at one table, and indistinguishable from each other save by posture - as they face each other.

If Mary devotion is actually heretical teaching, you will answer for that. 🤷 So? I also believe that…however, I have 2,000 years of authentic Christian teaching to base my faith upon.

In your own case though, the fact that you might consider the Bible to be the ultimate authority for all Christian belief and practice (or some other form of Sola Scriptura), which has no basis in Biblical context, might prove to be the worse error, since it tends to set one up for additional doctrinal errors based upon this one as the fundamental cornerstone.

Aside:
I read where Bishop Sheen was once speaking somewhere and someone asked him (heckling) how Jonah stayed alive in the belly of the whale for 3 days. He responded, “I have no idea, but when I get to Heaven, I’ll ask him.” To which the heckler yelled back, “What if he’s not there?” to which Bishop Sheen responded, “Then you ask him?”
 
Its very simple , the true catholic belief before vatican ii was there is no salvation outside the catholic church/period!!! Why do moderists think this has changed??? Vatican ii totally contrdicts vatican i and is really a new religion. Think about it why did 6 protestants and 2 catholics made the new mass, which is highly doubtful it is a valid mass. If catholics looked honestly at what jesus taught it would be easy to see but most people are of bad will. Look at our lady of fatima , why has russia not been consecrated yet???because since vatican ii all the popes are really anti-popes. We are in the time of the great apostcy. Look at the arian crisis, there were hardly any true catholics left and hardly any bishops. And lastly john the 23rd was invalidly elected pope, the true pope should have been cardinal siri!!! In good faith this is all easily seen. Why do you think we have john paul ii praying with voodoo gods and benedict the xvi praying with buddists and other pagans. They are praying to false gods which are devils. It was always taught to try to convert non catholics back to there faith now no let a jew be a jew . Why because this is a new religion

Baltimore Catechism No. 3 of 1891 has:

Q. 511. Why do we say it is only possible for a person to be saved who does not know the Catholic Church to be the true Church?
A. We say it is only possible for a person to be saved who does not know the Catholic Church to be the true Church, because the necessary conditions are not often found, especially that of dying in a state of grace without making use of the Sacrament of Penance.

Q. 512. How are such persons said to belong to the Church?
A. Such persons are said to belong to the “soul of the church”; that is, they are really members of the Church without knowing it. Those who share in its Sacraments and worship are said to belong to the body or visible part of the Church.

How do you feel about the inter-religious prayer meetings where catholics pray with pagans and we are not allowed to convert them? Do you believe these pray meetings are catholic?
 
The priest who said that Muslims can enter into Heaven by good works is wrong. Neither Roman or Eastern Catholics believe in that.
