Do Eastern Orthodox view Protestant Baptisms As Valid?

It’s been a while since I read Bp. Ware’s book The Orthodox Church, but as I recall it covers the Fourth Crusade pretty well. (Of course, I don’t think the traditionalist Catholic posters will be happy with it … and likewise for traditionalist Orthodox.)
