Do frozen embryos have souls?

On another forum the issue was brought up that the frozen embryos that were created outside of a womans body do not have souls. Now I believe that these “snowflakes” have a soul just like every other human embryo and it is there at the point of conception.
Does the Catholic Church have any teachings on this subject?
