There is another Fatima prayer, which is recited as one of the prayers in our community Rosary, right after the Glory Be in each decade - it goes:

Oh my Jesus, forgive us our sins.
Save us from the fires of Hell.
Lead all souls to Heaven,
and help especially those
who are in most need of Thy mercy.
