Do I need an annulment as a non-baptized person?

I have never been baptized. I am married to a non-Catholic Christian woman. We have been married (town hall) for 6 years and have two wonderful children. This is my third marriage. Should I begin the NCIA? Can I be baptized and become catholic without having my 2 previous marriages annulled? Thanks for your help.
 
Hi,

Since the Catholic Church recognizes the marriages between non-Catholics, you would have to have your previous marriages annuled by the Catholic Church before you could become a Catholic. See you local priest soon. You are in my prayers.
