Do I need an Annulment?

My ex-husband and I were both Baptized Catholic. He was married in a Catholic church in 1991. He divorced his first wife. We attempted to get that marriage Annulled so we could also marry in the Catholic church, but the process did not go through in time. My ex-husband and I married in 2000 in a Lutheran church. Now we are divorced (as of 2005) and I want to know if I would have to get my marriage annulled before I could remarry?
