yea i came across a person with similar marks he had blood marks on his body ,he had lots of fear in the nights,it may be some evil spirit like the wicked demon Asmodeus in Tobit Ch 3.If your doing self exorcism prayers and the St Michael prayer its OK alone, but not a house exorcism,it should done by a pious priest ,exorcist or any spiritual person who is well aware of such cases and who is pious.sure it is some kind of spiritual attacks (demonic activity) its because your are at direct fight with the demons ,when you say these prayers and he is angry with you.Also as the saying goes ‘‘Cleanliness is next to Godliness’’ keep your self and the surroundings area ,bed etc clean is a good idea.
The best thing is to improve your spiritual life .like daily Mass if possible, regular confessions,read the Bible (set of daily readings )aloud in the house, with prudence, with out disturbing others ,sprinkle Holy water in the whole house especially on doors and windows under the cot etc surroundings areas as well, also join some catholic prayer group to strengthen your self and have a spiritual father to seek advice who is wise and prudence.Most important is to say the Rosary before sleeping and relying on Jesus to keep holiness in thoughts words and actions.also try to avoid sins and sinful situations relaying completely on Jesus ,Mother Mary and also ask your patron saint and other to pray for you.
