I’m currently in RCIA and my mother tells me that I was baptized in the Eastern Orthodox church. (She was not there, but my two now deceased grandmothers were.) I have learned that the Orthodox combine baptism, confirmation, and First Communion. The first two are one-time sacraments. Should I have them repeated conditionally?

Talk with your pastor. If you can document your baptism and confirmation, they do not need to be repeated; you simply need to be received into the Church. If you cannot document receiving those sacraments, you may need to be baptized and confirmed conditionally. Since the Orthodox church has valid sacraments, one-time sacraments should not be repeated absolutely.
