Do I need to cross out "only"?

I have been asked to sign the following as part of a Statement of Faith before volunteering at a Christian organization…
“We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God”.
I think I need to cross out “only” before I sign.
Can you confirm this and elaborate.

Dear Lisa,

Yes, I would suggest that you cross out “only”. We only have the Bible as the result of Sacred Traditon.

I would even more strongly suggest that you volunteer at a Catholic organization.
