Do I need to re-marry in the Catholic Church?

Completed RCIA two years ago. My wife grew up Catholic and came back to the faith with me. Priest who over saw RCIA said my marriage which was performed in the Baptist Church, was valid in the eyes of the Catholic Church. I have since moved to another state. Priest at new Church feels I should be re-married in the church. I have no problem with doing this, just want to know who’s right.

Since your wife was baptized a Catholic, getting married in a Baptist church would not be accepted as valid by the Catholic Church. So the second priest is correct.
