Do Lutherans use the Catholic lectionary? Other religions?

I am just wonder if Lutherans use the same lectionary. Like do they follow the same Sunday readings. Also, what other religions do the v same?
 
Anglicans largely do. In my experience, if you attend an episcopal church and a catholic church on the same Sunday you will almost always hear the same readings.
