Do miracles still exist?

I came across an evangelical/pentecostal person that says that our Church has separated itself from the truth after I told her that there are too many man-made religions that separated from the one true church. She said the Catholic Church is not like the primitive church anymore where very many miracles & signs were seen often. How to respond?
