Hello,
I have been dating a gentleman for a year and a half. We are both in our mid-50’s and want to get married. I am a widow, he is thrice divorced. His first marriage was in the Presbyterian Church. This marriage failed and resulted in divorce. He re-married the same woman and that marriage also ended in divorce. He subsequently married another woman in a civil ceremony. That marriage also ended in divorce. Here we are 15 years later, after much counselling and soul searching and we want to get married. Is an annulment required, or an administrative process required, or both?
Thanks!
