Do my Rosaries not count if I’m not kneeling?

I dont think God would be concerned about if you kneel or not. Plus, many people cant due to health issues.

Thank you John, that is precisely right! Also, thanks to @xanthippe_voorhees for your answer too!

I have noticed that it seems easier to pay attention to the Rosary if you are keeling, also it shows you care.
But you don’t have to kneel. I say the Rosary while we’re driving to Mass.
It shows who that you care? And so, are you saying all the people that don’t/can’t kneel don’t care?

Sorry, I meant to say it shows you care more if you can kneel.
Don’t worry, I know people can’t kneel sometimes, my mom, doesn’t kneel for the Rosary since she’s older.

Kneeling just means you have chosen to kneel as part of your devotion.
It doesn’t mean you’re more special than the person who sits, even if the person who sits is sitting by choice and not because they are disabled or driving a car.
In fact it could mean you’re less special, if you claim you’re more holy or more reverent or care more because you kneel, or are doing it for others besides God to see (unless you’re setting an example for your child).

Kneeling at home is a bit of a problem for me. The cat infallibly comes up and rolls around, for all the world as if to say, “your worship is both understandable and acceptable.”

I think he said that the most reverent way to say the Rosary is kneeling, but there are other ways which you can pray it.

No wonder cats do not like me. I lack the reverence they feel is deserved by their species. 🤣

I say the rosary everyday and like you I generally sit or say it while laying in bed. My life has changed so drastically in the last few years since I started daily rosaries that I know I am being heard. If I am at church or before Mass I will kneel of course, but, my knees can only take so much.

It’s not so much that cats feel they deserve your reverence. it’s that cats were once worshipped as gods in ancient Egypt and it’s still there it in their DNA. 😺

It’s in their DNA, even they can’t help it. But yeah, they DO like to keep reminding us, just in case we might somehow forget… 🤣
