Is there a growth about Protestant preaching about Mary and her role in Salvation history? 
Do Protestant Ministers preached about Mary, the Mother of Our Lord, Jesus Christ?

One of my friends, a Church of the Nazarene Protestant, said the only mention Mary ever gets is around Christmas.
Oh, and in their Easter play, which I watched. They did the Wedding at Cana as one scene. They had the Blessed Virgin meekly apologize for telling Jesus that they had no wine.

Back when I was a Protestant I rarely heard her mentioned 
When she was, it was only to say something like âshe was a good motherâ and nothing more. Of course keep in mind that Protestants do not have the fullness of understanding of the Gospel as we do. If they did theyâd be Catholic

I once heard Jerry Falwell (may he rest in peace) preach about the women of the Bible. He referred to Mary only in the context of being like all the other faithful women down through history. The fact that she alone bore the Savior was not mentioned, only that by agreeing to carry Jesus in her womb she was like the other faithful women he talked about.
I had to wonder why he brought up the topic at all if all we are to get from the lives of these women, including Mary, is that we should be faithful to Godâs will. Thatâs a no-brainer really. Any faithful person from the Bible would do for that lesson. He didnât seem to have a grasp of why a womanâs role is different, and certainly not why Mary is so singular.

Where in the Bible are we instructed to preach about Mary? It doesnât. The Bible say that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation. We are to preach and teach the Gospel of Christ. not a gospel of Mary.

Where in the Bible are we instructed to preach about Mary? It doesnât. The Bible say that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the power of God unto salvation. We are to preach and teach the Gospel of Christ. not a gospel of Mary.
But I bet you donât ignore Moses, Elijah, King David, John the Baptist or Paul. Nor the Apostles. In spite of the obvious fact that theyâre not Jesus either. So why Mary alone, whose job was every bit as important as theirs?

Allischalmers may protest all he wishes but I know that none of the Protestants I ever knew ever preached anything about Mary. As a consequence most of what they said about Jesus was that he was a good example for us and that he was a great prophet and that he isnât around anymore. Sort of like the Muslims treat him.

Are you not to preach of True Faith??
Mary is the first christian. Jesus is the new Adam, Mary is the new Eve. The Arc of the New Covenent. The mother of God. Better that any of us and more worthy in the eyes of God in his infinite wisdom.
