Indeed the angels join us in worshipping Christ’s real presence in the eucharist. There are some great paragraphs in the catechism about this very subject, they are 328 - 336. They do not specifically mention the order of Seraphim specifically, but phrases such as “Christ and all his angels”, naming Michael, Gabriel and others would indicate that the Seraphim are present too.
I was pondering this very subject during midnight mass last year - as I listened to the choir of nuns at the Basilica of our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary in Pompei, I got the overwhelming sense that there wasn’t room in this chapel for evil - the people filling the ground level to standing room only and the air filled with a cloud of angels.
I found out later that this chapel had been founded by Blessed Bartolo Longo, a satanic priest who underwent a conversion experience that brought him back to the Church laiety and salvation. I still think of it sometimes - if a former satanist can, through the Church, help establish a source of tremendous grace on earth, then we really can do anything.
