Do Traditional Catholics kneel at O.F. Masses?

I always kneel for Communion (unless I know the priest has a bad back… as they are older–I know of a couple), and I always receive on the tongue no matter what… I don’t know when the last time was that I touched the host with an external member of my body… I also always double genuflect toward a monstrance (when Jesus is present of course)… no one has really given me (personally) too much trouble with it. And, I bow my head during Mass when I hear the name of Jesus, I would bend my knees for that, but I already bend my knees for the True Presence, so I would like to show more reverence to the Lord’s Holy Presence than His Holy Name.

The phrase, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do,” was first said by St. Ambose to St. Augustine when he discovered that the Roman Church was out of step with the other churches because they fasted on Saturdays during Lent.

In other words, if you’re a visitor, simply follow the local custom.

But those two cities would have represented two distinct rites in those days so I don’t think it applies today when you’re talking about one single rite.
