Do we as Catholics worship Mary

Well, it would probably be a good idea to pray on it, giev it some thought, and post it during the day time tomorrow when more people would see it. Have a good night and God bless you.
I know how hard it can be to answer so many questions at once, I’ve been there before, it isn’t really fun, but, as you know, with prayer all things are possible.

I love it, every time I quote scripture showing why you guys are wrong, I get ignored (and the knights of Mary all gang up on the coach). The weakness of an argument shines brightest when red herrings and ad hom attacks start flying around like sand flies in a desert.

peace
Well, we’re never wrong, you just think we are.😃
( I did think I was wrong once, but…I was mistaken. ) 😛

Now to the OP… only one post required:

No, Catholics may misunderstand what even they themselves think they do… but Catholics do not worship Mary.

my mistake … are there any statute stores open this late? I’m gonna run out and get me a bunch. One to bury in my yard so my grass grows greener, one to hang on my tree so the darn thing doesn’t keep clogging up my gutters with its leaves, one for my car so it burns less fuel, and of course one right next to my checkbook so the saint will ask Christ who will ask God to drop some spare change in my account (did I get that right, or does the saint ask Mary who asks Christ who then asks God?). This is complicated but hey I’m a rookie …

Man, now I see what I’ve been missing all these years 😃

Good night to you too and God bless

While I appreciate your views as your views, I was under the impression you were a tad more civil/respectful than other non-Catholics.

Was I right or wrong?

I don’t have time to debate this but are you talking about your 2 Sam 6:2 defence to claim the Ark is the throne of God?
I see nowhere in that verse that backs that up.

I do know the Ark had 3 things within it.

Staff of Aaron (representing the High Priest)
Manna From Heaven (Saved by the Bread)
10 Commandments ( Word of God)

Within the bosom of Mother Mary:

(Christ being the High Priest)
(Christ being the Bread of Life)
(Christ being, The Word Made Flesh)

As simple as that. 😉

Actually coach what’s classic is how us Catholics see the same ridiculous arguments being thrown at us such as we worship Mother Mary as if you guys can read the hearts of men.

Oh and that “Constantine started the Church” dribble was classic as well.

Night.

your right … my apologies

oops … sorry didn’t see this was closed b4 posting
must be re-opened, I guess…

so we can continue to be civil and express our beliefs…cool

however…

I am getting tired… and my Tigers are in rain delay (winning)… so I may have to just chug off to bed shortly, and, God willing, I will be where He wants me to be in the morning;

God made her the Queen of heaven, Her Son is Christ, our King. She is his Mother, haven’t you ever heard of the Queen Mother?
Doesn’t your denomination teach anything about receiving a crown?? She was crowned as Queen of Heaven and earth.
Can you point me to that story in scripture? That would make a fascinating read!
