I assume you mean non-Christians. The word Muslim is not in the Bible so you would need to clarify.
Methodists do not deny the Real Presence…you DO know that…right?
But sure, I have the Catechism and Blue Letter right here, I can type out everything about hell and the judgment.
So the Bible doesn’t say that Muslims are damned? And it doesn’t say that starting a new Christian denomination, changing doctrine, and attacking the CC is the way to Heaven. Hmm, it seems that you’ve stumbled on to something there.
UMS don’t believe in the real presence (transubstantation), and they aren’t in full communion with the CC, the church that Christ founded. Even if an individual UM chooses to believe that the bread and grape juice at a UM church is the real body and blood of Jesus and accepts transubstantation, it can’t be so, since the clergy in the UMC don’t have valid orders. Also, the bread at Communion must be unleavened and the wine must be wine. At the UMC I’ve visited, they serve leavened bread and grape juice. If the UMC does, as you say, believe in it, they aren’t acting on what they believe.
**“Outside the Church there is no salvation” **

How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers?335 Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:
Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.336
847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:
Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.337

"Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men."338
You ask for statements by the Church Fathers, Here you have, repeated in the CCC, the statement that it is only through Christ and his Church, the CC, that there is salvation.
And you say that your refusal to join the CC is not on topic? What church did you think they were talking about?!
Maybe you should spend more time thinking about the CC and less time damning non-Christians to Hell.
