Do we need to go to the Easter vigil mass if we go on Easter Sunday in the UK?

No. Either an Easter Sunday Mass or the Easter Vigil Mass fulfills the obligation to attend Mass on Easter. You do not need to go to both.
 
No, you are not obligated to go to Easter Vigil if you go on Easter Sunday. But the Easter Vigil Mass is a wonderful experience. It’s too late for this year, but I recommend it if you can go next year.
