I believe whether you have faith or not actually determines whether your receive any spiritual benefit from the sacrament. If you partake unworthily, you are eating and drinking condemnation to yourself.

Sounds like you have a lack of faith, at the moment.
I believe - the Eucharist - has the power of Jesus in it !
After mass - I always feel more blessed - empowered - endowed.
If you have little - or no belief - how sad, for a Catholic.
 
if you mean eating the eucharist only in state of grace then yeah
