Do you Bow or Genuflect?

For those of you who attnd the Novus Ordo Mass, do you bow or genuflect before receiving Holy Communion?
 
I follow the norm of the US church, which is to say I give a slight bow.
 
deleted because I thoguht this was a poll about what you do in front of the tabernacle.

Bow, because A) that was the directive we were given and B) after two car accidents, my genuflecting ain’t up to snuff.
 
We bow but that’s probably because we are in a parish whose, besides us, aveerage age is 79. They trip over the slightest and in all seriousness, it would be dangerous.
 
I used to genuflect, but my diocese impemented a change last year so I bow now. Ciao.
