Do you enjoy reading crime novels?

Suggestion for a new thread: write your own crime novel! I’d start it, but I don’t quite have the energy or the imagination. Having some format (such as title and chapters), characters, a limit on each post (word-wise), or the like might help to provide some structure. Just a thought. 🙂

Wait until BTK strangler writes one. he’s sure interested in it having already written tons of letters to insult police.

Has anyone read Tony Hillerman. I like his novels because he writes about the Southwest. I can picture the crime scenes better because I live in the Southwest. I have a little problem with city dectectives because the scene is a little difficult to picture.
