FYI, in case you’re not aware, while you’re supposed to wait a period of time after eating meat before eating dairy (the number of hours varies according to cultural custom: six, three, or 72 minutes, I believe), the reverse is not the same, except for hard cheeses.I do to a certain extent. I try and limit pork and pig meats, and rarely eat dairy/meat together. I also try to go for a small period after eating one type of food before eating another, generally a period of 2 hours if I can.
Good for you! There is a case for vegetarianism in Torah teaching.
