Do You Have a Pro Life Bumper Sticker On Your Car?

It is a very eerie feeling for me to be driving around ANYPLACE and realize I am the only one in traffic with a Pro Life Bumper Sticker on my car. Same for the Church parking lot. Only my lonely one is visible.

How many of you have a Pro Life bumper sticker visible on your car? Why do you, or why don’t you show one?

I have one on the truck I drive and have never got any reaction as far as I’m concerned.

I do want to get a bumper sticker though for our local Catholic radio station. There was an article in our diocesan paper of a driver that tuned into the station and converted into an active Catholic in his parish.

So, my way of thinking these things are a good way to evangelize without preaching.

I don’t have one on any of my vehicles only because I don’t like to use bumper stickers. I would definitely put a non-permanent pro-life sticker on, like a window cling-on or something like that. The non-permanence isn’t because I’m afraid I’ll change my mind; I like the stock, ‘clean’ look on a vehicle and the ability to go back to it (or transfer the sticker to another vehicle). Just personal preference.

All of my bumper “stickers” are magnets. They are awsome! You take them off and your car is once again perfect.

Since I originally posted in this thread, my husband accidentally lost the magnet we had on our van (he forgot to take it off before going through the carwash), so I had to buy a replacement… plus 3 more.

We now have this one and this one on our van, and this one and this one on my car.

I spoke with a man who had a pro-abortion sticker on his car. He was sitting in the driver’s seat in the parking lot.

I asked him why he supported the murder of babies. He made a reference to “you people”. He also said we were going to “lose”.

I think it was more a statement against traditional values.

He was fifty-ish, and dressed rather like a hippy. His car was some old piece of junk.

I remember thinking that his type is getting old, and I was grateful that all the young people I know leans in our direction, even when they are not raised in religious homes.

Keep it up, people. You make them think of something that would otherwise not cross their minds.

He really thought we’re going to lose? As I’ve heard it said before, read the book of Revelation. We win!

I once saw a license plate (not a bumper sticker, but a regular State-issued license plate) that said “Planned Parenthood”. The plate number was “PP-00001”. I thought, thank goodness there’s only one!
