Do you have info on minister converts being allowed to be ordained Catholic priests?

I understand that non-Catholic married ministers that convert are sometimes allowed to become priests. What are the guidelines as to eligibility? I ask because as a Lutheran I discerned a call to be a pastor, and was accepted into seminary, but did not attend and then later converted.
