Do you have to be Catholic to be saved?

Do you have to be Catholic to get to heaven and if not why not be a Protestant then. It would be so much easier. You dont have to go to chuch every weekend and holy day, you don’t have to fast and abstain, you don’t have to go to confessions, it’s ok to get a divorce, just to name a few things. Sounds a heck of a lot easier than being a Catholic. Don’t get me wrong though I feel I have been hugely blessed by being born and raised Roman Catholic. I love my faith and wouldn’t trade it for anything. And I believe with all my heart that anything truly worthwhile never comes easy. Just wondering though.
