for the O P .

I would just sit back and when ever necessary stand.

the mass is in four parts.

1/

the introductory rites…

this is where we ask god for forgiveness of our sins.

2/

the liturgy of the word…

first reading,old testament…
second reading,from apostles…
then a gospel acclamation…

3/

liturgy of the Eucharist…

last supper…

4/

concluding rites…

the end of mass…

focus on what you want out of these…and look around the church aswell. soak in all you can understand.try to feel the presence of your god head in you and others.but remember Christ is in the Eucharist.look at the alter, the stations of the cross all round the sides…(i sit next to the first station, Caesar washing his hands, personal reasons)…

hope this is not to long and demanding…

just sit back and relax, its the house of God…👍

BTW…to whom it may concern, im from England and we do kneel during mass. 🙂
