Do you keep a photo of Pope Benedict?

We never kept a photo of the Holy Father in our home, but I feel I should. Just as if you keep any picture of a family member you love at home, so you can remember them. I’m sure I’d pray for him far more often if we had a picture of him visible in our home.

Do you keep one, and if so, which picture and how do you display it?
 
I don’t. It’s never really crossed my mind.

A few friends of mine have a picture of him up though. They have a cork board with photos of their friends and family and just have a picture up there with him too. I don’t really know anyone who has a framed photo or anything.

But if you think it would help you pray more, then go for it. Seems like a kind idea.

We have one of him that we used to have on the wall. We still have it somewhere, but it’s kind of lost somewhere in one of the boxes we used when we moved. We haven’t unpacked everything because we are going to be moving again soon. But I agree with you that since we are a family of faith we should have a picture up of our Papa.

To answer your question, yes, I have a prayer card with El Papa on it.

I do. It’s on my bookshelf - an Italian prayer card with this image:

and with this on the back, from the 2005 inauguration homily:

I keep a blessing on paper, probably includes a tiny photo apart from the text.
 
2 pictures…one I bought at St. Vincent’s for a quarter that I display for my Sunday School class sometimes and a Papal Blessing from our wedding.
