Do you know any app or tool to manage prayer requests?

We are a group of catholic people, speaking there same language. We would like to have some means for our people to submit prayer request to our prayer team. We are about 120 families.

Al though we have facebook account, not everyone of us have signed up for it, and/or not everyone uses it. Even if we make our people to use it, i don’t know if it will be that useful.

What we would like this is…
If anyone wants the group to pray for them, that person will submit a request with some details.
Then, it will be notified or seen by the prayer team, and depending on the nature, they might immediately pray and possibly organize a full group prayer over the phone at a certain time so that whoever can dial in can do so to pray together for that cause at that time…

Do you have any recommendations?

If everyone signed up for messenger, the prayer request would be written and click send to list of members on messenger. Skype conference prayer?

I can understand that people don’t want to use facebook. I wouldn’t.

Does everyone have email account, and access to the internet?

I think that any online solution would require everyone to have either a facebook account or email.

If everyone has email and access to the internet, or at least the supervisors do, then some of the options are:

• Direct email, with a shared mailing lists for (1) the supervisors (2) everyone (3) people available to pray, etc
• A shared, web-based document or meeting system. There are many available, but the big ones are Google Docs, Dropbox, and Microsoft office/365. Others may be able suggest something more specific. Try a search for “free online conference” or “free online group checklists”.

Five Best Group To-Do Management Tools

Of my suggestions above, If I didn’t want much investigation, I’d go with a spreadsheet in Google Docs as the easiest and cheapest (free).
